Your own bar in a separate building (pool, PS5, the football on the big screen and music as late as you like), with England's Golf Coast on the doorstep, a BBQ and garden made for a crowd, and nine separate beds so everyone gets their own. No hotel rules, no strangers, no closing time.
The Bar
The bar building has a marble-topped bar, pool table, PS5 with FIFA, big-screen TV for the football and a proper sound system. It's across the garden from the house, so the card school can run late while the early tee-time crowd gets some sleep. See The Bar.
Match Day
Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Southport & Ainsdale are minutes away for the golf days (see England's Golf Coast), and there's footgolf, a huge lawn for games, and matchday trips to Liverpool and Everton within easy reach.
Refuel
A built-in gas BBQ and twelve-seat patio table for the long lunch, a boot room for muddy gear and golf clubs, and nine separate beds (five king size, two twins and two sofa beds) so nobody has to share. Reunions of old friends, golf societies, fantasy-league deciders: whatever brings you together, the house does the rest.

Golf in the morning, football on the big screen in the afternoon, cards at the table until late. When the weather turns, the weekend doesn't.

A big screen in the bar building with proper sound, sofas for the full squad and a fridge within reach. Nobody misses the second half queueing at a bar.

Marble bar top, backlit shelves, pool table and PS5. It is a proper local that happens to be yours for the weekend.
The Nightcap
The long oak table takes a card school comfortably, and the kitchen keeps the bacon butties coming the morning after.
