Warren House · Celebrations
Because three generations genuinely fit. Six bedrooms sleep up to 14, the fully enclosed gardens let children roam safely while the grown-ups talk, the big oak table gets everyone eating together (twelve in comfort, fourteen at a squeeze), and the hot tub, games room and big lawn keep every age happy, from toddlers to great-grandparents.

Together
The heart of a reunion is eating together: one long oak table inside (twelve in comfort, fourteen at a squeeze), a twelve-seat table on the patio, a built-in BBQ and a kitchen equipped for cooking for a crowd. See Eat in Style.

For the Children
Fully enclosed gardens behind electric gates: swingball, football space, trees to climb and a huge lawn, so children roam free while the adults actually relax. Dogs are welcome by arrangement too, with a dog-wash in the boot room.

For the Grown-Ups
When the children are in bed there's a hot tub among the silver birches, a private bar across the garden, and plenty of quiet corners: a reading nook, a cosy first-floor lounge and a balcony for the sunset.

Rain or Shine
A reunion here doesn't depend on the weather. When it's cold outside, the house comes into its own: a big open-plan kitchen to cook in together, deep sofas and a fire for the afternoon, films and games in the bar building, and the hot tub steaming under the winter sky.

The Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen keeps the cooks in the conversation: a big island, double ovens and a snug sofa right beside it, so Sunday lunch happens together rather than in shifts.

The Snug
Board games, a book, a doze in front of a film. The snug and the vaulted first-floor lounge give the generations somewhere to spread out without losing each other.

The Evenings
When the children are down, the grown-ups get the lounge, the big screen and the bar across the garden, with music as late as you like and nobody to disturb.
