Everton's new Hill Dickinson Stadium on the waterfront is on the Merseyrail line from Ainsdale, Anfield is an easy trip, and in summer 2028 the stadium hosts Euro 2028. The Euros come to Merseyside
Warren House is a luxury holiday home for up to fourteen people, one direct train from Hill Dickinson Stadium. Everton's spectacular new waterfront ground hosts five Euro 2028 matches — Sunday 11, Wednesday 14, Saturday 17 and Tuesday 20 June in the groups, plus a last-16 tie on Saturday 24 June 2028, and the Merseyrail line that serves it starts out on the Southport coast, five minutes from our gates. Watch the match, ride the train back up the coast, and carry the night on in your own private bar. No hotel corridors, no last orders, no strangers.
The venue
Everton's new 52,000-seat home sits right on the Mersey at Bramley-Moore Dock, ten minutes north of the city centre and one of the most dramatic settings of any Euro 2028 venue. For the tournament it joins Wembley, the Etihad, St James' Park, Villa Park, Hampden, Cardiff, Tottenham and Dublin on the host list, and it is the reason Merseyside will spend a month in fan-park mode.
Matchday
The clever part of staying up the coast: you travel in against the crowds, on the line built for the job.
Ainsdale station is a 20 minute walk from the house, or a quick bus, taxi or car journey. Merseyrail's Southport line runs directly to Sandhills, the stadium's matchday station, in about 35 minutes.
On matchdays the line steps up to a train every 15 minutes, and Sandhills has a second entrance and footbridge built for stadium crowds. From there it is a signed 15-minute walk to the ground, with an accessible shuttle to Boundary Street for anyone who needs it.
Around 16 miles down the coast via the A565. Matchday parking near Bramley-Moore Dock is very limited and local streets are residents-only, so if you drive, park at a city-edge station and jump on the train for the last leg.
A private hire car from the house is typically £35 to £45 each way, and minibuses for the whole group are easy to pre-book from Southport.
Head in early: the stadium sits on the waterfront ten minutes' walk from the Titanic Hotel and the Ten Streets district, and half an hour on foot from the Royal Albert Dock.
Lunch on the docks, walk up with the crowds, then let the train carry you home to the hot tub while everyone else queues for city-centre hotels.
More football while you're here
Liverpool is one of Europe's great football cities, and between fixtures there is plenty to fill the football-shaped hours. Tour Anfield, home of Liverpool FC, with its museum and the famous This Is Anfield tunnel, about three miles from the Euro venue. Walk the streets around Goodison Park, Everton's much-loved former home. And on match nights the fan zones and pubs from the Baltic Triangle to Mathew Street will be showing every game of the tournament. Back at the house, the private bar has a big screen, a PlayStation 5 with FIFA and no closing time: your own fan zone for the group games you don't have tickets for.

Staying on Merseyside puts you at the heart of the tournament's north-west cluster, with Liverpool's matches on your doorstep and Manchester's an hour away. Here is how the whole map looks from the house, using trains from Liverpool Lime Street unless noted.

The tournament opens in Cardiff on Friday 9 June 2028 and finishes at Wembley on Sunday 9 July, with 51 matches in between. Book the house for a week and you can realistically tick off Liverpool and Manchester fixtures without repacking a single bag.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is about 45 minutes from the house and connects to dozens of European cities, ideal if your party is following a qualified nation over for the group stage. Manchester Airport, around an hour away, adds long-haul routes from almost everywhere else. Hire cars are available at both, or we can point you at reliable minibus transfers straight to the house. And if your team ends up drawn in Dublin, the 55-minute hop from Liverpool makes even that an easy away day.
The base camp
Hotel rooms in host cities vanish first and cost most during a tournament. A whole luxury house up the line gives you six bedrooms and nine beds for up to fourteen, a table that seats twelve in comfort for the big pre-match breakfast, a private bar with a big screen for every fixture you are not at, a hot tub for the morning after, and gardens for a kickabout between games. One booking, everyone together, and the beach thrown in.

Up to fourteen, across six bedrooms and nine separate beds (five king-size, two twins and two sofa beds), so nobody has to share unless they want to. Maximum occupancy is 14 people in total, including children and infants.
