Because the whole party stays together. Whether it's a landmark 18th, a fabulous 30th, a golden 50th or a wonderful 80th, Warren House sleeps up to 14 in six luxurious bedrooms, with a private bar for the toasts, a big dining table for the birthday dinner, and a hot tub under the stars when the cake is finished.
The Party
The bar sits in its own building across the garden: pool table, PS5, big-screen TV, sound system and mood lighting. Decorate it, theme it, turn the music up: the party carries on as late as you like without disturbing anyone asleep in the house. See The Bar.
The Feast
One long oak table under the chandelier seats twelve in comfort (squeeze in two more if you need to). Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, book a private chef to do it all for you, or order in from Southport's restaurants. See Eat in Style.

Inside, After Dark
Winter birthdays are Warren House's secret strength. Dinner under the chandelier, cocktails at your own backlit bar, and the hot tub steaming in the dark: the party moves through the house all evening without a taxi in sight.
The Bar
Champagne on ice, cocktails poured badly and enthusiastically, the playlist on your phone. The bar building is the party's engine room, and it never calls last orders.
The Dinner
Twelve in comfort under the chandelier, with room to squeeze in two more. Bring a private chef in for the big night or order Southport's best to the door.
The Late Shift
Mood lighting, a proper sound system and a room built to be loud in. The kind of birthday photos nobody has to crop.
